Borðtennissamband Íslands auglýsir eftir reynslumiklum aðila í stöðu landsliðsþjálfara með möguleika á stærra hlutverki innan sambandsins sem þróunarstjóri.
Leitað er eftir einstaklingi með framúrskarandi samskipta- og leiðtogahæfileika og reynslu af því að vinna með landsliðs- eða unglingalandsliðsfólki á alþjóðavettvangi.
Leitað er að einstaklingi sem hefur áhuga á að vinna með sterkustu leikmönnum þjóðarinnar, auk þess að hjálpa yngra borðtennisfólki landsins að ná lengra með því að byggja upp gott skipulag og æfingakerfi. Í starfinu felst þjálfun og skipulag æfingabúða bæði á Íslandi og erlendis, auk þjálfunar á alþjóðlegum mótum.
Staðan sem auglýst er getur verið í formi hlustastarfs eða fullrar stöðu eftir samkomulagi.
Gert er ráð fyrir því að starfstíminn hefjist í ágúst eða september 2025.

Iceland National Table Tennis Team coach needed
The Icelandic Table Tennis Association is looking for a new Senior National Team Head Coach, optionally with a broader role working with both the senior national team and the youth national team as the national head of development for Icelandic table tennis.
The Association seeks someone with exceptional communication and leadership skills who has experience working with top-level youth and/or senior players internationally. The Association is also looking for an individual who is interested in helping the nation’s top players move forward and also helping the younger players get to a higher level through building a good training system and coaching in camps and tournaments both in Iceland and abroad.
Employment will start in August or September 2025.
The position can be half-time to full-time depending on the availability of the candidate.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to impact a small nation in table tennis, which has a lot of potential, and wants to reach a higher level.
